HAND IN HAND PRESCHOOL

The goal of Hand in Hand Preschool, a 4 star Parent Aware rated preschool program, is to help preschoolers enter school with the skills and behaviors necessary to be successful in future learning. Our programs follow the Caledonia Area School District calendar and are located in the Early Childhood wing of the Caledonia Area Elementary School, 511 West Main Street.

2025-2026 Class Options:

• Must by 3 years old by Sept 1st, 2025
• Tuition- $160/week
• Must be potty-trained

• Must be 4 years old by Sept 1st, 2025
• Tuition- $160/week
• Must be potty-trained

Please note the following:

• All children must be fully potty trained in order to attend preschool.
• Hand in Hand Preschool follows the Caledonia Area Public School district calendar in terms of hours, days off, snow days, etc.
• Hand in Hand Preschool is Mon/Tues/Thurs/Fri from 8am-2:50pm
  • Wednesdays are early release days at 2:20pm
• If a student needs care before school, after school, or on non-school days, they need to be registered for our School Age Care (SAC) program.
• Tuition and fees are subject to change 

Registration Fee

• A $30 registration fee is due at registration to secure your child’s enrollment. 
• A $35 supply fee includes all of the supplies your child will need for the year, excluding a backpack.

Enrollment

• Immunization records, emergency contacts, and enrollment forms must be on file before the first day of school.
• We will host an open house night in August for parents and students to come meet the teachers and fill out all the required paperwork.

Immunizations

• All students must be up to date with their immunizations prior to attending Hand in Hand Preschool. Please contact your medical provider or Houston County Public Health to make sure your immunizations are up to date.

Transportation

• Parents/guardians are responsible for transporting students to preschool.
• Hand in Hand Preschool students can ride the bus to or from school with a bus buddy.

Tuition Assistance and Pathways Scholarships

• Tuition Assistance for reduced tuition is available for families that qualify for the district Free/Reduced Meal Program.
• Pathway scholarships are available for families that meet scholarship criteria and if funds are available.  If you receive one of the following programs  you are eligible to apply:  MFIP, Child Care Assistance Program (CCAP),  Food Support (SNAP), Free and Reduced Lunch, Child and Adult Care Food Program (CACFP), Head Start, and Foster Care. You may still apply for a scholarship if you do not participate in any of the programs listed.

3K and 4K SUPPLY FEE:

• A $35 supply fee includes all of the materials your child will need for the school year, except a backpack and extra clothing.

• Full size backpack
• 1 weather appropriate spare outfit to leave at school.
