Welcome to the 2024-2025 school year! It is with great excitement and anticipation that I look forward to welcoming back our staff, students, parents, and community. Caledonia MS/HS is committed to creating an environment where all students can thrive academically, socially, and emotionally. Together with our dedicated faculty and staff, we look forward to another year of growth and learning. I encourage students to take full advantage of opportunities available to them, both in the classroom and with extracurriculars. It is important for students to be involved and connected as part of their educational experience.
I would like to introduce and welcome our new staff members to the MS/HS: Dave Lind (Science & Ag) and Paul Nickelotti (HS Math). Both individuals are great additions to the MS/HS staff. At the time of this newsletter, we are in the process of hiring a teacher for the Juvenile Detention Center.
Each school year brings new opportunities to enrich the educational experience of our students. I’m pleased to announce the expansion of our course offering for high school students, providing a broader range of options that cater to diverse interests and future aspirations. This expansion ensures that every student can find classes that resonate with their goals and passions.
I strongly encourage all students and parents to carefully review the updated student handbook. Changes have been implemented for the upcoming school year, and there may be sections that are unfamiliar to some. Taking the time to familiarize yourself with the handbook will ensure everyone is informed about important policies and procedures.
I’m excited about the upcoming school year as we thrive to enhance our educational offerings even further. We’re dedicated to making continual improvements to provide our students with the best possible education.
As always, feel free to reach out to me with any thoughts, questions, or concerns.
Nathan Boler
MS/HS Principal
