Dear Caledonia Families, Students, and Communities,

Welcome to the 2024-2025 school year! I am honored to serve as your principal and to work alongside such a dedicated and talented group of educators for the benefit of our students, families, and communities.

As I begin my first year as principal, I bring with me the experiences I’ve gained over the past seven years with Caledonia Area Public Schools, including five years of teaching at the high school level and two years serving as a K-12 Dean of Students. My journey with CAPS has been deeply rewarding, and I am thrilled to continue this path with such great and supportive people.

At Caledonia Area Elementary, we strive to create an environment where students come first. All of our thoughts, plans, and efforts aim to best serve our students and their personal growth. We are committed to adapting and improving our strategies constantly, to ensure we are always providing the best education possible for our students.

We believe that education is a partnership between the school, families, and the community. Together, we can create a positive and enriching experience for our students. I encourage you to be actively involved in your child’s education, whether by volunteering in the school, attending school events, or simply staying in touch with your child’s teachers.
